<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Questo può essere un piatto principale o un antipasto. Una ricetta semplice e facile da cucinare, perfetta per le stagioni fredde quando la zucca arriva al mercato.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Se abbiamo le entrami ingredienti principali già cotti, questo piatto non richiederà più di 20-30 minuti e  più cuoce, più diventa cremoso senza nessun uso di frullatore.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienti | 5 porzioni</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>400 g di zucca</li>



<li>200 g di lenticchie</li>



<li>1 cipolla media</li>



<li>1 cucchiaino di curcuma</li>



<li>1 cucchiaino di cumino</li>



<li>1/2 cucchiaino di noce moscata</li>



<li>3 cucchiai di burro chiarificato / olio EVO</li>



<li>Succo di limone (a piacere)</li>



<li>sale e pepe</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Preparazione</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Cuocete le lenticchie a parte.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Soffriggete in una dose generosa di burro chiarificato, le cipolle tagliate a dadini finché non diventano trasparenti.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Aggiungete le zucche tagliate con un po&#8217; di sale che aiuta la zucca perda l&#8217;acqua e diventa morbida.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Mettere il coperchio e attendete altri 10 minuti in modo che la zucca cuocia.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Aggiungete: cumino, curcuma e mescolare. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; La zucca dovrebbe essere ormai ammorbidita. Schiacciate con il dorso del cucchiaio o con un batticarne.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Aggiungete le lenticchie cotte, versare 2 tazze di acqua bollente.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Aggiungete sopra la noce moscata appena grattugiata e lasciate sobbollire per almeno <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/23f3.png" alt="⏳" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> 20 minuti o finche avete una cremosa miscela in pentola.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8211; Assaggiate e aggiustate di sale e per bilanciare al meglio la dolcezza di zucca e la sapidità della crema aggiungete un po&#8217; succo di limone.</p>

La crema non dev&#8217;essere bollente ma caldo. Ciò aiuta anche di avere una migliore consistenza e cremosità.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Di solito questa crema viene mangiato con il pane. Ma si può mettere anche come una crema gustosa, sulle verdure grigliate o servire come un contorno ai secondi piatti.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Consigli:</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Durante la cottura delle lenticchie, non aggiungere sale perché le rende più difficili da cuocere.</li>



<li>È importante che la zucca abbia una buona qualità in modo che il suo gusto dolce abbia un impatto sul piatto. Una volta ho comprato al supermercato, sezione biologico, la zucca e la crema era proprio senza sapore. :-/</li>



<li>Per una migliore cremosità servitelo tiepido caldo non bollente. </li>
