<p><strong>Kuku</strong> è la frittata persiana ma con meno uova rispetto alla versione Italiana. Kuku morgh (pollo) è una <strong>ricetta tipica</strong><em> del nord Iran</em>, al sud del Mar Caspio. I sapori della cucina del nord sono molto più decisi e aspri.</p>



<p>In questa ricetta fatta con i petti di pollo (che di solito sono poco saporiti) utilizzeremo sia il lime (o il limone) sia il concentrato di pomodoro. È una ricetta veloce e leggera, vi consiglio vivamente di provarla.</p>

<p><em>Kuku</em> in persiano significa <em><strong>la frittata</strong></em>, con la differenza che ha <em><strong>meno uov</strong></em><strong>a</strong> rispetto la versione Italiana. Questa è la ricetta di Kuku di erbe. Le erbe in Iran vengono usati molto come ingrediente principale e poche volte come la guarnizione.</p>



<p>È una ricetta abbastanza facile l&#8217;unica parte elaboriosa è di tagliare finemente le erbe. </p>



<p><strong>Un trucco</strong>: mettete tutte le erbe prima nel freezer, quando si congelano mettetli in mixer e tritate. In questo caso, finche le erbe sono congelati, verrano tritati bene. (io faccio così quando ho poco tempo e voglio evitare di avere le unghie verdi!) </p>
