<p>Lo Sholezard è un dolce molto popolare in Iran, preparato soprattutto per le celebrazioni religiose, i cosidetti <em>Nazri</em> (usanza popolare che consiste nel distribuire piatti tipici alla gente comune gratuitamente)</p>



<p>Una volta avevo postato su Instagram la foto del risotto alla milanese e molti amici Iraniani pensavano che avessi cucinato lo <em>Sholezard</em>! : )&nbsp;</p>

<li>È preferibile scegliere una tipologia di riso con molto amido, come il riso per risotti, Il riso jasmin o thai possono andare; il basmati no. </li>
<li>Se non trovate l&#8217;acqua di rose, usate l&#8217;olio/essenza dei fiori. </li>
<li>Lo Sholezard tende ad essere meno dolce quando è ancora calda. </li>
