<p>Gheimeh è lo stufato più popolare del Iran. Perchè tutte le famiglie lo preparano, almeno una volta alla settimana, facile da preparare ed è sempre un piacere a mangiarlo sia per pranzo che cena <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>Attenzione che nel mercato ci sono 2 tipi di legumi:<em> i piselli gialli spezzati</em>, <strong><em>i ceci gialli spezzati</em></strong>. È importante che usiate quest&#8217;ultimo. Perchè dovrebbe tenere la sua forma fino la fine della cottura al contrario di ceci, i pisellli si sfaldano subito. In Iran si usa solo i ceci spezzati che lo chiamiamo Lappe (لپه) </p>



<p>Questo stufato viene servito con <strong><a href="https://piattipersiani.com/riso-basmati-semplice-stile-kateh/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">il riso basmati</span></a></strong> quindi è meglio che parallelamente, cominciate a prepararlo. (senno è buono anche con la focaccia!)</p>
