<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Stile <strong>Kateh</strong> riferisce al modo di preparazione del riso basmati in cui viene considerato la più semplice. In questo caso il riso <em>non viene scolato</em>. Per amanti di Tahdig (crosta del riso sotto la pentola) forse è la più buona, perché la crosta verrà più compatta e densa. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/27a1.png" alt="➡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> La cosa più importante per <em>Tahdig</em> (crosta di riso) è di avere una buona pentola<em> antiaderente</em> che abbia <em><strong>un fondo spesso</strong></em>, così distribuisce uniformemente il calore senza far bruciare il riso.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acqua dev&#8217;essere abbastanza. Il riso (che è di solito tipo Basmati) <strong>deve crescere molto</strong>, quasi più del doppio. In Iran quando vogliono complimentare che un certo riso basmati è buona, sempre fanno il gesto con le dite per mostrare quanto è cresciuto! Anche in questo caso, le dimensioni contano <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Per decorarlo con lo zafferano: in una ciotola mettete un pò di <strong>polvere</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>zafferano</strong> e poco <em>acqua bollente</em> (aspettate 3 minuti che il colore d&#8217;acqua diventi rossa), aggiungete 3 cucchiai di riso bianco e mescoltate. Poi aggiungetelo sul vostro riso basmati come la foto.</p>
