<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8220;Borani&#8221; برانی , in cucina persiana, vuol dire un accompagnamento a base di Yogurt + &#8220;un tipo di verdura&#8221;. Qui abbiamo Borani di barbabietola rossa. Un ingrediente tipico di stagione fredda. La sua qualità è essenziale per un Borani buona. Ho provato barbabietole rosse già pulite e cotte in formato sottovuoto ma erano quasi senza sapore però ho trovato quelli cotti al forno, (ad Esselunga) e sono molto più buoni! Basta togliere la buccia ed è pronto all&#8217;uso.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Per questa ricetta ho seguito il suggerimento della mia amica Nastaran e messo zenzero grattuggiato! (alcuni mettono aglio grattugiato) Ma zenzero ha un&#8217;ottima armonia con il sapore di barbabietola rossa e lo yogurt. Ho anche aggiunto i semini neri di cipolla che aggiungono più sapore al nostro Borani ma nella ricetta non sono essenziali.</p>

<li>Se avete altri piatti da preparare magari per un banchetto abbondante, è possibile preparare Borani, il giorno prima. Sarà ancora più gustoso!</li>
<li>Alcuni gratugiano aglio invece di zenzero. Fate come preferite. Importante che ci sia lo yogrut e barbabietole rosse per il resto decidete voi cosa volete aggiungere <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> </li>
<li>È soggettivo le proporzioni fra yogurt e barbabietola rossa. Dipende dai vostri gusti. Se volete più sapore di yogurt aggiungete meno barbabietola rossa o vice versa.</li>
<li>I semi di cipolla si trovano nei negozi che vendono le spezie.</li>
<li>Quando preparate Borani il giorno prima, probabilmente si addensa perché barbabietole rosse cotte al forno, e semini di cipolle assorbono l&#8217;umidità di yogurt. Aggiungete 1-2 chucchiai di yogurt per aggiustare la cremosità di Borani prima di servire.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Spero che vi piaccia questa ricetta, se trovate lo yogurt greco sarebbe ottimo. È la versione che più avvicina allo yogurt persiano. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Queta ricetta può anche essere un ottima base per i cereali quindi anche per la colazione (ma senza semi di cipolla ovviamente :D) </p>
